A structure designed to change
Developed with Constructlab, the pavilion combines a timber structure, an inflatable roof and rearrangeable furniture. The April project announcement describes a space for workshops and gatherings, with a public billboard that visitors can add to. The August 27 release confirms the September Darmstadt dates.
Our studio take
A touring activation benefits from a stable structure and replaceable information. Keep the core identity consistent, then let schedules, local partners and visitor contributions change at each stop.
For print planning, separate long-life panels from short-life messages. Think through attachment points, replacement sizes and packing before approving the first set. The aim is a system that can be reset without rebuilding everything. This is our interpretation for event production, not an affiliation with the pavilion.
